- Direct and manage group enrollment (new and recurring) according to carrier requirements and agency procedures.
- Collaborate with agents and account management staff for prospect presentations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the company.
- Assist customers with policy questions and change requests.
- Current life and health insurance license in the state of employment.
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate software experience, including Microsoft Office Suite.
