    As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and maintaining existing client relationships.

    Your expertise in employee benefits will be instrumental in helping organizations design and implement comprehensive benefits packages.

    Responsibilities


    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, including regular client visits.
    • Understand client objectives and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
    • Drive consistent profitability, client satisfaction, and growth.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of employee benefits.
    • Effectively communicate solutions to clients.
    • Direct and manage group enrollment (new and recurring) according to carrier requirements and agency procedures.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with agents and account management staff for prospect presentations.
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the company.
    • Assist customers with policy questions and change requests.
    Qualifications


    • Current life and health insurance license in the state of employment.
    • 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Strong understanding of employee benefits.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Intermediate software experience, including Microsoft Office Suite.
