    Key Role:
    Lead the indirect rate management process and provide direct support to the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal

    ( FPRP )

    submission. Provide analysis and reporting to give leadership insights into rate performance, risks, and recommendations. Lead the indirect rate forecasting process, including impacts on revenue and profit. Support regulatory reviews and audits to obtain government approval for pricing and billing rates. Provide analysis and modeling for strategic business objectives.

    Basic Qualifications:
    2+ years of experience in a finance business, analysis, or consulting role in government contracting
    Experience using Micro sof t Excel, including creating detailed finan cia l, analytical, and scenario-based models
    Knowledge of cost accounting structures and practices
    Knowledge of rate management at prior government contractors
    Ability to communicate complex finan cia l concepts to leadership efficiently and effectively
    Ability to navigate a complex matrixed environment and manage competing priorities
    HS diploma or GED

    Additional Qualifications:
    Experience using Costpoint, Hyperion Essbase, and Oracle BI tools
    Experience with finan cia l planning involving mergers and acquisitions
    Possession of excellent presentation skills
