- Engage buyers within our ICP, understand their business needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Team Cymru
- Work closely with the EMEA and Government sales team to help to increase pipeline development and drive revenue growth.
- Set up meetings for Account Executives to demo our platform to new prospects.
- Keep CRM records concerning activities current; communicate with prospects via Salesloft, and LinkedIn.
- Understand the Cyber security team's day-to-day, challenges, responsibilities, and pain points.
- Previous success in driving lead generation/cold calling to generate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of to an Account Executive.
- Must reside in Europe, Middle East, and Africa although the position is remote.
- Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of outbound business development experience in a B2B SaaS enterprise environment (preferably in cybersecurity).
- In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our international sales initiatives, providing crucial support to our sales team across various regions.

BDR will help grow. Team Cymru's pipeline by prospecting to source qualified meetings for Account Executives. cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and getting creative to cut through the noise and engage buyers in our ICP.Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling tactics.
Availability to travel up to 15%.
