Tax Account Manager

Location: In Office - DFW Area, Flower Mound, Texas

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Tax Account Manager with great people skills to prepare and deliver tax plans, tax returns, and most importantly interface with clients to demonstrate the value we bring.

You'll be an excellent match if you:

Possess a basic understanding of the tax code as it pertains to self-employed individuals and small businesses. You are enthusiastic about serving others and take pride in preparing and reviewing tax returns that showcase the tangible tax savings and return on investment our clients experience.

Intrigued by the possibilities of working with Artificial Intelligence and are open to exploring new ideas that utilize AI in the accounting and tax industry.

To be considered, you should have:

• CPA or CPA Candidate Preferred.
• Business, Finance or Accounting Degree Preferred
• 3-5 years of public accounting and tax preparation experience, including expertise in personal and business tax returns, and a strong focus on client interaction.
• Excellent communication skills and a burning desire to help people save taxes and improve their financial future.
• A strong drive for personal and professional growth.
• An unwavering passion for identifying opportunities that enable clients to maximize their money through tax savings.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
• A sense of urgency in meeting goals and delivering results. Experience:
• Tax: 3 years (Required)
• Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
