    Smithtown Volkswagen is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative/cashier for a part time position. afternoon and Saturdays We are offering an hourly salary Come join our team

    Responsibilities
    • Answer dealership phones
    • Make outbound calls
    • Greet and receive prospects and customers
    • Work cooperatively with the sales team
    • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
    • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Colect and receipt customer payments
    Qualifications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Professional presentation
    • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
    • A clean driving record & valid driver's license
    • A professional appearance
