    Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

    • Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during retail interactions
    • Cultivate and maintain brand awareness in the community
    • Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads
    • Support customer engagement through direct sales strategies
    • Stay up to date on clients' product offerings and new sales and customer service tactics
    • Attend daily meetings - attendance is required

    • Ethical and honest self-starter with a positive, proactive, 'can-do' attitude
    • The ability to follow through and prioritize
    • Must be available for immediate hire
    • Must be able to work full-time
    • Must be able to communicate well with others & enjoy working with people
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
