    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the founding chairman. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Foundation.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

    Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive team

    Coordinate logistics for board meetings, committee meetings, community meetings and other key events, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and attendee coordination

    Conduct research and compile information as needed to support executive decision-making and strategic planning

    Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information

    Assist with special projects and initiatives such as Character Education, Servant Leadership, City Wide meetings and SWOT Meetings

    Basic accounting functions such as reconciliations, general ledger entries, payroll and budgets

    Participate in education round tables

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

    Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a non-profit or foundation environment

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

    Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

    Commitment to the mission and values of the Foundation
