    The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families.

    What Will I Be Doing?

    • Coordinate the development and implementation of services/treatments for clients/consumers.
    • Assess clients and develop service plans in conjunction with a treatment team.
    • Oversee program development and behavior intervention plans.
    • Schedule and provide training, recreation, and leisure activities.
    • Maintain comprehensive client and staff reporting records.
    • Assist with staff training and development.
    • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred, with two years of related work experience.
    • Access to reliable transportation meeting all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver's license) required.
