Field Project Manager

With over 40 years of experience, we have a proven track record of delivering top-quality renovations, with a focus on integrity, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing construction and restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinating and supervising project crews to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify project scope, risks, and necessary resources.
Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Providing on-site leadership, guidance, and support to ensure project success
Collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Maintaining project documentation and communicating project progress to stakeholders
Upholding safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in managing restoration or construction projects, with a strong focus on historic or older homes preferred.
Proven fieldwork experience in construction projects.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials, particularly related to historic renovations.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software.
Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, such as JobTread.
Strong integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
Full Time
Salary at $ $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
