    D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Internet Sales Specialist for their Sales and Marketing Department.
    The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies and provide same day, immediate email/phone responsesEnter and update information in a customer management databaseExercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads and set appointments for leads to meet with an on-site sales agentTrack appointments made and kept as well as sales generated from appointmentsProvide consistent follow-up with all leads via phone, text and email and document all interactions in customer management databaseGenerate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email and mailIdentify marketing opportunities through customer and agent interactionsResponsible for producing and maintaining weekly traffic reportsCoordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clientsResponsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)Maintain current plan and lot pricing; hard copies, internet and HSAGenerate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.

    Attend weekly and monthly sales and marketing meetingsConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceAssociate degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid Washington State Real Estate License.

    Annual salary $60,000 - $65,000 (DOE) plus commission.
