    COSMOPROF STORE MANAGER

    Job Description:

    Your role as a Store Manager:

    • Customer experience begins with you. Your role involves managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. It's up to you to guarantee each customer receives a memorable experience and a tailored solution for their hair and beauty needs.
    • Lead your store to meet or exceed sales targets by overseeing all operations, focusing on budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
    • Ensure the safety and security of customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety procedures, security measures, and Company policies.
    • Maintain the impeccable appearance of your store.

    Qualifications for a Store Manager:

    • Minimum of 3 years in customer service/retail sales and 1 year in sales management.
    • Prior experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
    • Cosmetology license is a plus, though not mandatory.
    • Self-driven with a continuous desire for learning, development, and educating store staff and customers for mutual success.
    • Minimum age of 18.
    • Passion for hair and beauty.

    Important to note:

    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
    • Occasional exposure to fumes and odors.

    Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

    • The role involves physical activity like prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may include exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and irritant chemicals.
