    ConnectureDRX is looking for a Data Integrity Analyst to join our growing company. The Data Integrity Analyst will work as a member of our Data Operations team.

    You will play a vital role in our company's growth by ensuring the accuracy of our data and helping the team to improve data collection efforts, scrub data, and leverage technology to provide accurate data to our clients.


    The ideal candidate will have experience working with large and disparate data sets, be expert level at SQL Server, and demonstrate problem solving ability.

    Experience with healthcare or insurance data is preferred.

    Responsibilities Include

    Conduct regular data audits and validations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our databases.
    Implement and enforce data quality standards and guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve consistency.
    Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in the data through comprehensive data cleansing processes.

    Work closely with data operations to refine ELT processes to cut down on integrity issues being introduced to our databases.

    Suggest and implement process improvements to enforce data quality standards
    Collaborate with other teams to understand data requirements and address data-related issues.
    Generate and present reports on data quality metrics and issues to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and quality metrics, including data dictionaries.
    Create stored procedures, jobs and automation to constantly improve our incoming data. Understand, suggest, and apply new technologies where appropriate (3rd party tools, AI, etc...)
    Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data integrity, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in a Business, Technical or other applicable discipline.
    3+ Years experience in SQL programming (preferably MS SQL Server)
    Advanced SQL query writing skills
    Experience using ETL tools and SSIS packages
    Data analysis and analytical skills
    Attention to detail with the ability to manage a project while adhering to tight deadlines
    Experience with Excel
    Background in the principles of software design and implementation.
    Project management skills; ability to multi-task
    Written and verbal communication skills
    Adept at finding fresh solutions as new problems arise
    Ability to lead cross-team projects
    Experience working in a SaaS environment a plus
    Experience with other programming languages a plus
    Experience with Data Visualization Tools a plus

    Salary

    $60,000 - $75,000 USD based on experience
