    Description


    Four Corners Community Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time weekend Case Manager/Certified Peer Support Specialist for day and graveyard shifts.

    Duties include greeting clients in a crisis setting and assisting in supporting client's needs throughout their stay at the Crisis Receiving Center.

    Assisting clients with intake paperwork, notifying clients of the rules of the center and ensuring a positive and safe work environment are critical.

    Assisting with crisis de-escalation by assessing client's needs and connecting them to resources within the community are essential functions of the job.

    Maintaining a clean and safe work environment are also essential job duties and completing day to day cleaning tasks for the center will be required.

    Must be able to lift 20lbs and bend, sit and stand for periods of time. Communicating discharge plans with clients and staff, as well and day to day communication with staff is also required. Some transportation of clients may be required. Candidates must also work with staff to ensure individuals receive the utmost care and compassion throughout their experience. Strong coordination skills and relevant work experience preferred. 24 hours/week. Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement. EOE w/ a drug-free workplace.
