    Mass General Brigham is seeking a Physical Therapist for a position in Swampscott, Massachusetts.

    Requirements

    We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience for Advanced Clinician.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience for Clinical Specialist.
    • A minimum of 10 years' experience for Advanced Clinical Specialist.

    Licenses and Certifications

    Candidates must have the following licenses and certifications:

    • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
    • BLS required.

    Key Responsibilities

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • Evaluating patients and creating treatment plans based on their age and situation.
    • Revising treatment plans as necessary to reflect patient progress.
    • Completing documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Orienting, training, and mentoring therapy and health care students.
    • Identifying opportunities for performance improvement and implementing best practices.
