    Job Description

    Hybrid in CLT -Deriva Energy is seeking a performance engineer to support the different sites across the renewables line of business.

    This resource will be part of a 46-person team supporting the overall operations and maintenance of renewable assets.

    This resource will be specifically dedicated to either wind or solar assets to help maintain and optimize the performance of that asset class.

    Primary responsibilities include - logging into specific systems, assessing the data within those systems, as well as interpreting the data and building out dashboards/reports to the business team and the condition team.

    This role will have some travel requirements around once or twice a year to the different site locations which covers all continental US.

    Skills and Requirements
    3-5 years of experience working as a performance engineer with wind, solar or renewable energy assets

    Extensive knowledge within data analytics:
    Excel and Power BI
    Ability to interpret data based off of performance of assets within the field
    Background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
    Experience analyzing data, creating dashboards and building out reports Renewables or utilities industry experience
    AVEVA PI experience
    Experience with wind assets null
