Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. No weekends. You will be working at both the Janesville Clinic (Family Medicine) and Stoughton Clinic (General Internal Medicine and Pediatrics).

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:

• Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
• Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of the RN staff.
• Supervise the clinical teams
• Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
• Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum - Two (2) years of RN experience.

Preferred - One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - RN licensed in the state where employed.

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
