    What You'll Be Doing:

    Director, Product Development and Performance Analytics (Arlington, VA – Telecommuting Permissible - Multiple positions). Lead the strategy and intelligence engines for practice-facing IT platform to drive physician network performance. Design platform's underlying logic, structure, and configuration. Plan platform's long term enhancement roadmap and coordinate with both domestic and offshore teams. Build, maintain, and enhance reporting capabilities. Support the measurement of practice-level performance. Act as internal R&D to evaluate and build new intellectual property into the platform. Lead cross-functional and onshore/offshore teams to deliver new versions of product. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance in Care Management operations. Drive business unit performance through operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage executive level report-outs of Evolent Care Partners' business unit performance using leading indicators. Develop close working relationships with peers and leaders across Evolent Care Partners' clinical, operations, and IT teams. Salary: $127,200 to $142,200 per year.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Quantitative Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
    • One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a position using data analytics to evaluate healthcare-related products.
    • One (1) year of experience within the healthcare industry in each: (1) healthcare analytics (medical claims data, membership data, clinical data, and electronic medical record data); (2) Clinical and operational tool development and management; (3) structured and unstructured data manipulation to create analytic solutions; (4) Python, SQL, R, and dashboarding software (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Spotfire) to support development, iteration, and data visualization; and (5) Value-Based care models and supporting initiatives.
