**Here is what you will do**
VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated full time permanent Shipper/Receiver for our Concord location. The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the accurate receiving and shipping of medical products in order to satisfy internal and external customer needs.
Prepares pick sheets and delivery; ensures picking and staging of orders and completes all documentation relating to shipping and receiving
Maintain inventory levels, controlling backorders and assisting in managing dead stock and turns.
Liaises with branches and Customer Care Centre/Service for orders.
Ensures minimum and maximum stock levels are adequately maintained and counted weekly. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Verifies material being shipped including verifying part numbers and tagging.
Ensures the completion of Purolator and FedEx documentation.
Manages the receiving process by receiving products, visually checking for defects, verifying products to packing slips, unpacking products and stocking shelves.
Participation in branch on call rotation
**Here is what you will need**
Completion of Secondary School
2-3 years experience in a similar role or in a production/warehouse environment
Forklift Certificate is an asset
Ability to drive a tow motor
Order picking and general shipping/receiving experience an asset
AS400 or ERP system experience an asset
Proficient with Google applications
Gas cylinder handling experience preferred
