    Description

    Beacon Hill Staffing is working with a law firm in Center City Philadelphia on a Office Services Specialist role. They are seeking an experienced legal professional who is well organized, independent and detail oriented. Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years of law firm experience.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    Managing, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.

    Move office equipment such as computers, typewriters, file cabinets and other office furniture

    Collect and process courier packages, enter them into the computer and prepare them for pick up
    - Will assist in special projects such as working attorney functions such as receptions or parties
    - Assist with monitoring and ordering office supplies

    Must have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and can multitask.
    - Proficient with Windows based operating systems, including Microsoft 365

    Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
