This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end communication strategy for our internal rider programs across all operational markets. You will be instrumental in fostering a deep understanding and enthusiastic participation among employees, guiding them through every aspect of our service, from eligibility and usage to safety protocols and feedback mechanisms. Your work will not only facilitate crucial early insights and operational experience but also celebrate milestones and reinforce the vital role our team plays in refining a world-changing technology.
What You'll Do
- **Strategic Partnership:** Collaborate closely with Program Management, Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to ensure robust alignment on internal rider program goals and success metrics.
- **Campaign Leadership:** Own the full lifecycle of internal rider campaigns, from project timeline management and executive reviews to the development of engaging content, including participation instructions, FAQs, and materials for internal communication channels like intranets, weekly updates, newsletters, and collaborative platforms.
- **Information Synthesis:** Transform complex information into clear, engaging, and approachable messaging that increases internal ridership and helps us gather critical early insights.
- **Communication Ownership:** Drive the entire communication strategy for internal ridership, encompassing information gathering, stakeholder alignment, narrative development, and execution.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively assess and analyze the effectiveness of current programs, identify opportunities for enhancement, prepare regular reports on program impact, and implement data-driven adjustments.
What You'll Bring
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the autonomous vehicle or advanced mobility sectors.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex or technical ideas into clear, concise messaging.
- Outstanding project management abilities, capable of leading and managing multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
- A collaborative spirit, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships across all levels of management.
