    Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

    • Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
    • Must be passionate about food and guest service.

    • Ability to connect and develop relationships with all levels of employees and guests.
    • Commitment to Excellent Guest Service.
    • High School Diploma
    • No more than three jobs in five years or three jobs in nine years.
