- Being able to work in an outdoor sports venue exposed to the elements, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
- Efficiently and quickly answer a guests' questions and needs.
- Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests; refer serious problems to supervisory staff.
- Provide guests with directions to different areas of the ballpark such as seating sections, suites, group hospitality spaces, restrooms, concession stands, retail spaces, and other Las Vegas Ballpark services and amenities.
- Cohesively work in conjunction with other departments, including, sales, security, box office, operations, and maintenance.
- Develop positive relationships with season ticket members and team members.
- Be personable and pro-active in aiding all guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality.
- Individual with an open schedule and able to work various times including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 75% of all Las Vegas Aviators home games and all mandatory stadium events.
- Function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue.
- Work fast and effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills

The Aviators are the triple-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. The Aviators home games are played at the Las Vegas Ballpark in the master planned community, Summerlin, Nevada, Las Vegas.

As a Fan Experience Ambassador for the Las Vegas Aviators, your mission will be to deliver a premium concierge experience by demonstrating positive energy and showing off your warm personality.
