    Alaant Workforce Solutions is proud to partner with a leading innovator in ultrawideband RF military antennas to hire a Client Relations & Service Coordinator The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating service activities within our machine fabrication shop. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

    Hours and Benefits for the Client Relations &
    Service Coordinator:


    • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
    • $21.00-$24.00 an hour depending on experience
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance; retirement savings plan

    Responsibilities for the Client Relations &
    Service Coordinator:


    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquires and ensuring exceptional service delivery
    • Coordinate service requests, including scheduling maintenance
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely and efficient resolution of client issues and concerns
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service history, and relevant documentation
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing invoicing

    Requirements for the Client Relations &
    Service Coordinator:


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in client relations, customer service or related roles within the manufacturing or fabrication industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
