    Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology Supervisor

    We are seeking experienced nurses with a background in oncology and leadership roles to supervise and guide our team of registered nurses.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as Assistant Nurse Manager, BMT, CNO, Charge, Chemo or oncology certified, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider card, Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Clinical trial experience, Director, Manager, Supervisor, or VP.

    About This Role


    This is a leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of registered nurses.


    • Supervise and coordinate the work of registered nurses in the oncology department
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
    • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

    Responsibilities


    As an Oncology Supervisor, you will be responsible for:


    1. Leading a team of registered nurses in the delivery of high-quality patient care
    2. Providing guidance and support to nursing staff on complex patient cases
    3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of oncology treatments and best practices
    4. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

    Requirements


    To be considered for this role, you must:


    • Hold an ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
    • Have an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
    • Possess experience in oncology and leadership roles
    • Be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
