    Description

    Position Summary:

    Under the supervision of the Management team, the Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to the Outfitters on the overnight shift within the retail store, including sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, inventory management, and price change execution.

    Essential Functions:

    • Delegates tasks and work assignments to team members by giving clear and concise direction and follow-up to ensure proper execution.
    • Ensures adherence to all standard operating procedures and processes by team members, providing training and guidance when necessary.
    • Maintains visual presentation standards, including in-store signage, merchandise directives, and general daily recovery for a pleasant shopping experience.
    • Ensures nightly replenishment of the sales floor, supporting inventory management, and completing necessary tasks during off-peak business hours.
    • Supports the management team with coordination of special events, maintaining pricing integrity, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, training, and evaluating performance.
    • Assists in staffing, training, and promoting positive customer relations.
    • Ensures compliance with breaks and lunches for overnight staff.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Experience/Qualifications:

    • Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Years of Experience: 2-4 Years in Retail
    • Availability for overnight shifts

    Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

    • Ability to analyze reports and present information effectively
    • Proficiency in PC-based applications and inventory management systems
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships

    Travel Requirements:

    • N/A

    Physical Requirements:

    • Computer work, walking, and standing regularly
    • Occasional sitting and lifting up to 50 lbs

    Independent Judgement:

    • Performs duties within company policies and uses judgment to achieve desired results
    • Makes recommendations that affect policies and practices
