- Assist in Accessibility Analysis : Support the analysis of current business processes and digital interfaces to identify accessibility barriers.
- Document Requirements : Help document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria focused on accessibility improvements.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure accessibility is considered at all stages of product development.
- Participate in Testing : Assist in testing applications with assistive technology tools to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
