- Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets
- Visit Doctor's offices, hospital discharge desks, assisted living facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals
- Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses
- Analyze past and current marketing data
- Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line
- Analyze patient/company relationships
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections
- Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable
- Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable
- Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
- At least one year experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
- Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, orally in English
- Must be able to interact with health professionals at all levels
- Must have criminal background check
- This position is primarily outside sales which essentially involves visiting referral sources daily, driving from place to place as well as telephone communication with patients and accounts
- This position requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts
- For this position, you must have the ability to read 12 point and larger type, communicate clearly, and be able to hear adequately on the telephone with no more than an amplifier
- Must be able to use a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other office equipment
- This position has access to patient medical and financial records which may be discussed with management staff

As an Account Manager, you will represent Patriot at Home to outside groups such as Hospitals, Physician practices, Rehab facilities and other referral sources to generate an ongoing stream of new referrals. The Account Manager develops relationships with referral sources, clients, families, community professionals and other agencies that may benefit from the variety of services and programs that Patriot at Home offers.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Work Location: On the road
Territory: Trumbull County
