    $110,000 - $135,000 Salary based on experience

    $5,000 additionally with credentialing completion

    General Responsibilities for Advanced Practice Provider, Physician Assistant (PA-C):

    • Physician Assistants conduct comprehensive evaluations on patients of all ages.
    • Physician Assistants in order and interpret lab, X-ray, and specialized studies.
    • Physician Assistants develop treatment plans for urological conditions in collaboration with the urologist.
    • Physician Assistants implement therapeutic interventions and provide follow-up care.
    • Physician Assistants exercise judgment in cases requiring consultation or referral.

    Specific Duties & Responsibilities for Advanced Practice Provider, Physician Assistant (PA-C):

    • Assess new, follow-up, and post-operative patients, providing interventions for urological conditions.
    • Assist in patient care and procedures, including transrectal ultrasound (TRUS), cystoscopies, and more.
    • Request and interpret diagnostic tests and offer appropriate care.
    • Provide telephone/video consultations and handle on-call duties.
    • Offer health maintenance guidance and promote community resource utilization.
    • Evaluate screen, and counsel patients on health maintenance and encourage the use of community resources.

    Requirements for Physician Assistant (PA):

    • Master's in equivalent Physician Assistant program degree
    • A current valid Arizona State Physician Assistant license.
    • A DEA/DPS license.
    • Previous experience in urology is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
