    Job Summary

    This is a senior leadership role overseeing HRIS, Workers Compensation, Onboarding and Policy management, Unemployment Administration, Benefits, and the HRBP function. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in progressive leadership roles with a strong focus on performance management, system build outs, project management, and team leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HRIS systems, including UKG, to support performance management and workflows.
    • Manage Workers Compensation programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Oversee Onboarding and Policy management processes to ensure seamless employee integration.
    • Administer Unemployment Administration and Benefits programs to support employees.
    • Lead the HRBP function, providing guidance and support to multiple teams.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in progressive leadership roles with a focus on HRIS, performance management, and team leadership.
    • Strong knowledge of UKG and hands-on experience with system build outs and integrations.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-state, multi-site operations with a minimum of 3500 employees.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of 6 direct reports.
