    About the Job

    We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - PCU to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while exploring new places.

    Job Summary

    This is a 13-week contract position requiring 36 hours of work per week with 12-hour night shifts. You will be working in a Progressive Care Unit setting where you will care for patients who require close monitoring and specialized care.

    Responsibilities

    • Care for patients in a Progressive Care Unit setting
    • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A valid RN license in the state of Kentucky
    • At least 1 year of experience in a PCU setting
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
