    Als ervaren HR Payroll Specialist maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair HR team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de payroll van Frankrijk, Luxemburg en onze Franstalige winkels in België. Je bent ook vertrouwenspersoon en kan men bij jou terecht met allerlei vertrouwelijke kwesties.

    Verantwoordelijkheden

    • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen van onze medewerkers en zorg je voor een snelle, servicegerichte en kwalitatieve afhandeling van alle inkomende mails en telefoons.
    • Je staat in voor de uitvoering van de loonadministratie van Frankrijk, Luxemburg en de Franstalige winkels in België. Hierbij hanteer je de wettelijke en bedrijfseigen criteria.
    • Het beheer van de personeelsdossiers en de database behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket. Dit betekent dat je alle in-, door- en uitstroom documenten volledig en correct afhandelt.
    • Je verzorgt een correcte administratieve opvolging van de hospitalisatie- en arbeidsongevallen verzekering van het personeel.
    • Vanuit je expertise werk je actief mee aan diverse HR projecten.
    • Je actualiseert HR-documenten en brochures zodat deze steeds up-to-date zijn.
    • Je bewaakt onze werkprocessen en draagt bij tot de optimalisatie van onze gebruikte systemen, processen en procedures.

    Je uitrusting

    • Je hebt affiniteit met onze brands.
    • Je bent perfect 2-talig Frans-Nederlands.
    • Je hebt enkele jaren payrollervaring op de teller.
    • Kennis van de actuele sociale wetgeving en E-Blox is een troef.
    • Je bent tactvol en discreet en eveneens service- en kwaliteitsgericht.
    • Hands-on, pro-actief en oplossingsgericht werken is helemaal jouw ding.
