    Description

    Job Title: Operating Room Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of surgical equipment, as well as providing support to surgeons during procedures.



    Responsibilities:

    • Selecting and setting up sterile tables with instruments, supplies, and equipment

    • Passing instruments to surgeons during procedures

    • Maintaining sterile technique and caring for instruments following procedures


    • -Assuming defined roles such as relief tech or turnover team member to meet key performance indicators for efficient patient flow through OR experience-


    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Registered Surgical Technologist program or equivalent work experience;
