    Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Linux Administrator for a long-term opportunity supporting a DoD program in San Diego, CA.

    This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week on site in Point Loma. *This position requires an active Secret clearance Responsibilities of the

    Linux Administrator:

    • Administration of RedHat Linux servers in an AWS/Azure cloud environment
    • Maintaining system configurations, user access, and security
    • Testing and monitoring system performance
    • Scripting using Python, Ansible for automation
    • Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes
    • STIG hardening and vulnerability scanning Requirements for the

    Linux Administrator:

    • 4-5+ years of experience in RedHat Linux administration
    • ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
    • Must have one of the following certifications: Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP
    • Experience with VM and AWS environments
    • Knowledge of Atlassian products
    • Python scripting experience
    • Ansible automation experience
    • RHCSA or Linux+ certification desired Compensation for the

    Linux Administrator:

    • $130,000-140,000 annual salary *depending on experience
