    Job SummaryThe primary focus of the Sr Analyst, Worldwide Compensation will be to provide research, analysis and support in the development and administration of broad-based compensation programs across the organization, globally.

    Job DescriptionDUTIESDevelops, implements, and administers all broad-based compensation programs including base pay administration, short- and long-term incentives, and the annual base pay increase process.

    Develop salary structures that balance internal requirements with external competitiveness.
    Manages compensation survey process to include evaluation and selection, participation, submission, and analysis.
    Maintains job evaluation and compensation benchmarking process. Reviews and monitors employee pay and recommends reviews, if necessary.
    Advises management and staff regarding compensation practices, policy interpretation, issue resolution, and compliance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience in compensation.
    Provides analytical support, model compensation scenarios, and makes recommendations. Provides analytical support for ad hoc research and other related compensation projects. Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities.

    QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 5 years broad-based compensation experience for a largely skilled-labor workforceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot tables, v-lookups and other advanced functions)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and be a self-starterStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to handle extremely confidential information in a professional and discreet mannerAbility to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlinesIf you want to push yourself to great achievement, let Transocean develop your career.
