- Overseeing all clinical operations and driving quality outcomes at all facilities in the assigned division
- Must be an RN (Registered Nurse), licensed in Missouri
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of nursing and other direct care in the facilities
- Assist facilities with recruitment, interviewing and hiring of Nursing Administrative staff
- Assist DONs and other administrative staff with goal setting; provide consultative help to ensure facilities have necessary systems, policies, and programs in place
- Must be an RN (Registered Nurse), licensed in Missouri
- Must be able to manage and direct a remote team of clinical personnel
- Must have working knowledge of rules and regulations governing long term care facilities
- Regular travel and will be required to support building onsite as necessary

This position is responsible for overseeing all of Clinical Services for each facility. This position will help us oversee all Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. The purpose of this position is to provide clinical support and guidance to the Directors of Nursing each of the assigned centers. This will include being a resource for administrative needs, creating strategic initiatives, developing systems, and ensuring outstanding nursing care.
