Job Summary:

Washington Care Center in Seattle is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee a group of residents/patients during a shift. The ideal candidate will uphold care standards, prioritize safety, and supervise care activities.

Essential Position Duties:

Conduct regular rounds to assess resident/patient conditions
Ensure adherence to nursing standards
Maintain cleanliness in work areas and patient rooms
Monitor supplies and place orders as necessary
Review and update care plans regularly
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document necessary information in compliance with regulations
Follow HIPAA guidelines for patient information security
Count controlled substances with another nurse during shift changes

Requirements:

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices

Skills and Abilities:

Understanding of nursing practices, laws, and regulations
