The Customer Service Associate is in charge of making sure our customers have a great experience at Lowe's. This role is crucial in helping customers choose the right products, ensuring accurate quotes, checking price labels, and meeting all customer needs. Also, providing top-notch service by listening to customers, offering expert advice, and assisting with loading merchandise. The associate should always be alert and report any safety or security issues near the store entrance.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Associates can vary based on the department they work in. They might be part of the Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls departments. Candidates applying for this role may be placed in any of these areas, depending on the store's requirements and their skills.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 months of computer experience, including inputting, accessing, and modifying information.
- 6 months of retail technology experience, like using smartphones and tablets.
- Capability to obtain sales-related licensure as necessary by law.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of sales experience, selling products based on customer needs, including credit cards and warranties.
- Half a year of retail experience providing top-notch customer service and building relationships with customers.
- If applicable, bilingual skills.
- Certification in a trade related to the department you work in (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing).
