- Plan, design, develop, and analyze solutions for complex IT cloud application issues; developspecification plan for data application, business analysis
- Drive requirements gathering sessions and prepare and deliver client presentations, modeling andimplementing architecture in Snowflake
- Summarize and present results internally and externally to client audiences, including Big 4consulting
- Conduct research or data gathering, analyzing what data is important to the task at hand andwhich is irrelevant, building automated ETL jobs in IBM Datastage
- Compile reports based on statistics and analysis, keeping in mind the end user's requirements,designing and implementing automated end to end data pipelines in Snowflake
- Perform data mining tasks, for predictive or forecasting purposes.
- Translate business requirements into business and technical solution designs and client businessneeds into technology needs, information systems needs, data needs, and business processes
- Facilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying organizational andtechnical gaps, working with information systems, data statistics and business processes;
- Provide business support for analysis, designing, testing and implementing business processimprovement initiatives, analyze complex issues involving and presenting findings tostakeholders, and design and implement automated data validation proceduresPosition is based out of and reports to Concord's HQ in Hopkins, MN, but allows for the option totelecommute from home office anywhere in the United States
