Job Description Job Description The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Senior Demand Planner to work at a company located in the HIALEAH area Job TitleSenior Demand Planner Position LocationHialeah Pay/hours for the positionSalary: $75.000 to $82.000 per year (Depending on Experience)Requirements of position Summary Senior Demand Planner focuses on predicting and analyzing customer demand across multiple channels.

Senior Demand Planner will be constantly monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting demand plans for a large number of SKUs utilizing forecasting software.

This key position will build cross-functional partnerships with sales, marketing, pricing group, and customers to ensure that demand plan and forecasts are fully aligned with market trends, promotional schedule, sales goals, and commitments to the customers.

Senior Demand Planner will be the main point of contact for all information regarding demand.

Duties/Responsibilities Review and adjust demand/supply plan to ensure sales goals are consistently met and exceeded; Utilize demand planning software to create forecast models based on historical data, trends and patterns; Develop and maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy across all SKUs and channels; Liaise with sales, marketing and pricing teams to better understand demand drivers and anticipate changes; Facilitate and advocate Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process; Monitor, research and report on important changes in demand; Prepare and maintain reports pertaining to demand planning process; Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner; Perform other related job duties as required; Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in supply chain, business administration or another related field; Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, S Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

Experience working in NetSuite ERP; Proven experience with forecasting and planning software. Demand Works Smoothie or Netstock is a plus; Good knowledge of supply chain processes.

APICS-CPIM certification is a plus; Experience in S&OP management and implementation is a plus; Preference for candidates with experience of working with long lead times and highly seasonal products; Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, experience with statistical analysis; Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details; Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills; Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
