- Utilize application expertise to innovate new product extensions and offer distinctive value through customer testing
- Collaborate with sales to grasp customer product requirements and deliver technical sales support
- Provide ongoing technical support, product/application expertise, and custom testing for existing customers
- Establish and maintain relevant customer and industry connections
- Support the development of technical documents and deliver training on material application to fabricators, OEMs, and sales engineers
- Extract essential information from customers to facilitate problem-solving and solutions networking
- Contribute to the advancement of future technology platforms
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree
- 4+ years of experience in research and development, new product development, or application development
- Demonstrated success in technical problem-solving and sales
- Travel: Up to 50% within the New England Area
