Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role for an Independent Partner based in Guayama. The Independent Partner will engage in promoting and representing inCruises, building lasting relationships with prospective Members and Partners, and driving the growth of the business in their region. Tasks include presenting membership opportunities, coaching Partners, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring a positive customer experience consistent with the company's values. The role also involves organizing local outreach events and collaborating with the broader inCruises team.
