Technical expertise with a focus on mechanical recycling facility operations and equipment maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities
Perform changeovers, disassemble, assemble, and clean machinery.
Manage raw materials, including organizing, handling, weighing, and measuring.
Conduct routine and non-routine sample analyses and document, communicate, and archive analytical results.
Test quality control standards to ensure the validity of sample results.
Perform minor maintenance on laboratory instrumentation and equipment, including routine calibrations.
Basic Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree or 8 credit hours of college-level chemistry with lab coursework, or 3 years of experience as a laboratory technician.
Willingness to work with hazardous and/or flammable chemicals with proper safety precautions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug, and background screening.
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with polymers testing.
Strong communication skills.
Proven organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and develop self.
Proficient computer skills.
