    Job DescriptionIndividual and Family Therapist Internship (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCMHC or similar) Internship – (Hybrid)Aspire365 is actively seeking Individual and Family Therapist Interns (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCMHC) to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is an employed full-time position, with flexible hours, focusing on delivering services through telemedicine visits.At Aspire365, we are guided by a distinctive mission — to provide the highest quality evidence-based care for individuals ages 12 and over grappling with primary mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders. Our commitment to transforming treatment delivery is evident in our intensive evidence-based program, which has demonstrated success through the evidence gathered by our data analytics team as well as positive outcomes observed.Recognizing the dynamic nature of our program's growth and mental health epidemic, we are seeking a provider who embraces change, growth, and contributes to our ongoing mission.     • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health and substance use needs.
    • Provide evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, and others.
    • Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
    • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

    Qualifications:
    • Graduate Student pursuing (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCMHC or similar)
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

    • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
    • Strong work ethic
