An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. *This position starts on July 29, 2024.*Full-Time, Day and Night shifts available**Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
*MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000**All other departments : $10,000**Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.
