    To succeed in this role you must have 10-25 years of environmental consulting experience, ranging from site characterization through remedial implementation and site closure and a BS or MS in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering degree.

    As our new Remediation Design Engineering Manager, you will be part of the team that utilizes critical thinking abilities for analysis and group participation for the development of reports based on the evaluation of environmental data and application of regulatory criteria.

    Apply engineering and scientific principles and concepts to area(s) of specialization; able to draw solutions from education, formal training, and experience
    Lead and support interdisciplinary engineering design teams to develop and implement multi-discipline solutions for soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapor remediation projects, using in-situ and ex-situ technologies, including:
    Lead in project scoping, costing, proposal preparation, and client presentations
    Establishes work procedures/sequences and develops schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and vendor/subcontractor lists

    Effective oral presentations and technical writing; data compilation and analysis
    Preparation of contract/design drawings, specifications, and bid documents for environmental remediation projects
    Tracking of milestones, deliverables, and compliance with established budgets, plans, specifications, Company standards of workmanship, quality, and performance, and with the terms and conditions of the contract
    Plan, design and manage/execute fieldwork for environmental projects (e.g., sampling of soil, sediment, and groundwater, quality assurance, and perimeter air monitoring for remedial construction)
    Reviews and analyzes the cost and cost control progress, financial and other site-generated data to evaluate job status and compliance
    Coordinate and monitor subcontractor work activities
    BS or MS in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering degree
    ~10-25 years environmental consulting experience, ranging from site characterization through remedial implementation and site closure
    ~ Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and programs
    ~ Strong team player that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
    ~ This position encompasses both office work (technical design, project/task management, data analysis, and report preparation) as well as fieldwork
    ~ AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience a plus
    ~ Experience training and/or mentoring junior-level technical staff a plus
