Mulhall Construction is a general contractor focused on concrete and seismic upgrades in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
ResponsibilitiesVisit jobsites and monitor project progressProvide estimates of job cost and set payment schedulesSet project timeline and ensure milestones are metSupervise safety procedures in fieldAttend and participate in meetings, updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressReview plans and quantify amounts of materials requiredDetermine/track change order conditions & submit to owner for approvalWork closely with Principal and structural engineerCloseout project when completeQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge of AutoCAD Software and MS Office Suite requiredStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsPrevious experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
