    ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respectDemonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer and guest satisfactionLead and manage team member recruiting, training, development, and assignmentsPerform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team membersCollaborate with resort and company leadership to set expectations and achieve goalsAnalyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goalsExecute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets SkillsInterpersonal Skills:
