    • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
    • 4+ years of SALT experience gained in a law firm, accounting firm, or in-house environment
    • Strong background in multistate tax analysis, including nexus and apportionment
    • Experience supporting SALT audits or administrative proceedings
    • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
