Job summary

The Facilities Planning Manager oversees the strategic coordination and operational aspects of all physical CU locations including the corporate office, ancillary offices, branches and ITM locations ensuring all CU facilities support business goals and growth appropriately and provide a quality environment and experience for team members and members.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates current facilities to assess short- term and long-term CU needs and conduct appropriate feasibility studies to identify next steps in planning
  • Develops designs and layout plans, specifications, and standards
  • Establishes project plans and framework to oversee all aspects of construction and installation activities
