Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stationary Engineer with a strong background in HVAC operations, maintenance and repair to join our team.Responsibilities
- Operates, inspects, conducts preventive maintenance routines and repairs as needed all equipment owned by or part of the convention center including boilers.
- Maintains all door components including lock assemblies.
- Maintain building performing minor and routine sheetrock replacement and painting pluming carpentry electrical wiring.
